When Narriman’s 33-year-old son, Chris, was injured on the job, she jumped in feet first, handling all aspects of her son’s workers’ compensation case. Chris has sustained long-term injuries that required immediate 24-hour care, as well as prevented him from ever driving again. After meeting with Narriman and assessing Chris’ situation, Henry Staley suggested – rather than hiring a nurse – that a family member could serve as caregiver. Narriman determined this to be the best option for her family and quit her job to serve as Chris’ caregiver, receiving compensation.
Staley Law rejected several initial offers from the insurance company, determined to negotiate the largest settlement possible to ensure that Chris’ future needs would be met. Though this process took more time, Narriman said it was well worth the wait and was pleased with the results of the case.
“Henry Staley was very attentive to us, and went above and beyond to make sure that my family would be taken care of following Chris’ accident,” said Narriman.
